I share my in-depth shower routine. I’ll guide you through step-by-step steps, ensuring clean hands before touching your skin. I’ll introduce a face mask, which I highly recommend for detoxing and promoting skin health.
Exfoliation Gloves
Alright, guys, the first thing I do is use exfoliation gloves. I never skip exfoliating in my routine because it keeps my skin so soft and controls that rough texture, like strawberry skin. If you want to get rid of that, make sure you’re exfoliating. I use these exfoliating gloves from a local shop; they’re really affordable and work so well. I exfoliate my entire body from the neck down in gentle motions to avoid tearing the skin. This is my first step, though I do exfoliate further. if you need this Buy here
Body Scrub
Next, I use a body scrub. I’ve been using a vitamin E body scrub for a long time because it’s moisturizing and doesn’t dry out my skin. I rub it in circular motions, just like with the exfoliating gloves. Again, I make sure to never skip my elbows and knees, where darkness can build up. if you need body scrub by here
After-Shower Care
Then, I start my after-shower care routine. I use The Ordinary’s glycol acid toner under my arms. It’s excellent for hyper pigmentation and odor control. This toner has kept my underarms light and many people have found it effective against body odor.
Moisturizing
To moisturize, I use Caravels smoothing cream. It’s fantastic for rough skin because it moisturizes and fights body acne with salicylic acid and urea. My skin loves it, especially in the winter. To seal in moisture, I use Vaseline, which works better than oil for my body because it’s thicker and heavier.
Skincare Routine
Now for my skincare routine. I start with mi cellar water to ensure my skin is clean, especially after wearing makeup. I use one from Skint T because I don’t need to rinse it off, making everything easier.
Applying Serum
My favorite serum is Niacin amide from The Ordinary. It’s great for acne and skin texture. I gently rub it into my skin and let it dry. In the winter, I use a very hydrating facial cream from Neutrogena that targets dry skin, making my skin feel perfect.
Eye Care
I also use eye cream from The In key List for dark under-eye bags. The skin under your eyes is thinner, so I apply it very gently.
Night Serum
Finally, I seal everything with a vitamin E night serum from The Body Shop, which locks in moisture and helps lighten any scarring.
Spot Treatment
For active acne, I use tea tree oil as a spot treatment. My pimples usually disappear in about three days. I use a cotton bud to avoid contamination and apply it directly to the pimples. Next post
